I am experienced with creating pedagogically sound instructional materials for educational institutions and global corporations utilizing Addie, SAM, Backwards Design and Design Thinking methods.  Learning activities are designed using multiple instructional strategies that are relevant and meaningful, rigorous and engaging.  I am proficient with e-learning authoring tools and web development software.  In addition, I am skilled in technical writing for seminars, job aids, user manuals, reference guides, knowledge-based articles, and blogs. I also create balanced, authentic assessments to test foundational knowledge, core competencies, task performance, and real-world problems.  In addition, I have conducted extensive research in the area of Career Decision Making with publications in well-respected industry journals.  Degrees that I have earned are as follows:
